FREE SHIPPING FOR PURCHASES OF R599 AND MORE

All orders are sent via door-to-door courier services.

A Standard Delivery Fee of R100 is charged for orders less than R599 (within the borders of South Africa.)  

Orders of R599 and more are shipped free of charge (within the borders of South Africa.)

Upon receipt of payment (or sufficient proof of payment) orders will be dispatched within 2 working days and should be delivered to the recipient within  2 - 7 working days depending on location and operational capacity of the nominated courier service.

 

Returns 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

 

Returns shipping

Please contact us to arrange a return if the item is delivered to you broken or damaged in transit. We will arrange for a courier to collect the item so that we can inspect the product and issue a refund or send a new product. (Please see our Returns  Policy)

Exchanges (if applicable)
