This policy explains how RC Hiemstra trading as BraaiGuys.com (“BraaiGuys”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and shares personal information when you use www.braaiguys.com, contact us or place an order.

  • Order and delivery information, including billing and shipping addresses and the products you purchase.
  • Transaction information supplied by our ecommerce and payment service providers. BraaiGuys does not need to store your full card details.

  • Messages, custom-grid measurements and other information you send to us.

How we use personal information

We process personal information to operate the store, respond to enquiries, prepare custom quotations, fulfil and deliver orders, prevent fraud, keep business and tax records, improve the website, and send marketing only where permitted. Processing is based on contract, consent, legal obligations and legitimate business interests, as applicable.
