This website is operated by RC Hiemstra trading as BraaiGuys.com. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy, Shipping and Returns policies.

Products and information

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Colours may vary by screen, and handmade items can have minor non-functional variation. Measurements should be checked before ordering, especially for replacement, round, extendable and custom grids.

Orders and pricing

An order is accepted when we confirm it. Prices and promotions may change before an order is accepted. If a clear error affects availability, description or price, we will contact you to agree on a correction or cancellation. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Custom work

Custom products are manufactured only after the size, specification, price and lead time are agreed. The customer is responsible for supplying accurate measurements and approving the specification. Changes after manufacture begins may affect price and timing.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery estimates, charges and return conditions are set out in the Shipping and Returns policies. Those policies form part of these terms.

Safe product use

Braai and fire equipment becomes hot and may involve flame, gas, sharp edges and heavy cookware. Read the product information, inspect equipment before use, use suitable protective gear, keep children and flammable materials clear, and use products only for their intended purpose in a stable, ventilated setup.

Website use and intellectual property

You may use the site for lawful personal shopping and enquiries. BraaiGuys names, product copy, photographs, designs and site content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where the law allows.

Third-party services

The store uses third-party services such as Shopify, couriers, payment processors and analytics providers. Their services may be governed by their own terms and availability.

Privacy

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable South African law, including POPIA.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Consumers retain all rights and remedies that apply under South African consumer law.
