Shipping

All orders are sent via door-to-door courier services.

A Standard Delivery Fee of R60 is charged for all orders  (within the borders of South Africa.)  

Upon receipt of payment (or sufficient proof of payment) orders will be dispatched within 2 working days and should be delivered to the recipient within  2 - 7 working days depending on location and operational capacity of the nominated courier service.

 

Returns shipping

Please contact us to arrange a return if the item is broken or faulty upon delivery. We will arrange for a courier to collect the item so that we can inspect the product and issue a refund or send a new product. (Please see our Returns  Policy)
